National Ice Cream Day + Our First Anniversary + World Cup FINAL

One year ago, we opened the doors to Yala Greek Ice Cream Georgetown. This Sunday, we’re bringing together a few things we love—ice cream, football and community—to celebrate our first anniversary and thank everyone who has made this first year so special.

Doors open at noon with four limited-batch flavors inspired by the tournament’s semifinalists, available while supplies last. The Spain–Argentina final begins at 3pm on a large screen outside.

Think casual, European sidewalk-style: there won’t be dedicated event seating, but guests can grab their scoops, mill around and enjoy the match together. Ice cream purchases include entry into giveaways throughout the day.

And in the spirit of sharing the celebration, every order placed will help provide ice cream scoops to DC SCORES.
